This pasta production line utilizes a unique single-screw extrusion molding process to produce spaghetti, pasta, macaroni and other puffed foods in various shapes that are popular in the market. Through extrusion, maturation, puffing, molding, drying and so on, the flour, cornstarch, potato starch, and other ingredients are made into a variety of uniquely shaped products such as shells, square tubes, spirals, 3D food items, round tubes, lotus chips, letters, cartoons and more. This production line has broad raw material applicability, rational design, high automation, precise control of extrusion, and significantly improves product quality, making it highly favored by investors.
Production Process
1. Mixing Machine: Wheat flour or cornstarch, water, and other ingredients such as salt and seasonings are mixed in the right proportions.
2. Screw Conveyor: The mixed ingredients are transported to the feeding hopper of the extrusion machine.
3. Single Screw Extruder: The dough is fed into the extrusion machine, where it undergoes a process of puffing through the rotation and compression of a single screw extruder. During this process, the dough experiences changes in pressure and temperature, resulting in puffing. The extruded dough is then processed by a cutter or shaping machine to create the desired shapes of pasta or other puffed food products.
4. Vibrating Sifter: The pasta is separated to prevent it from sticking together.
5. Elevator: The pasta is transported to a low-temperature drying oven.
6. Low-Temperature Drying Oven: The formed pasta needs to be dried in a low-temperature oven to remove residual moisture, enhancing the texture and crispness of the food.
7. Elevator: The pasta is transported to a high-temperature drying oven.
8. High-Temperature Drying Oven: The pasta is baked in a high-temperature oven to make it crispy and golden brown. This process also imparts a unique flavor and aroma through caramelization and browning reactions.
9. Cooling Conveyor: The hot-processed pasta cools down to a safe temperature at the end of the cooling conveyor, which is ready for packaging.
10. Packaging Machine: The finished pasta is packaged automatically, including measuring, filling, bagging and date printing.
