Working Process
1.Mixing Machine: Mix potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch, and flour with a certain proportion of water thoroughly.
2. Screw Conveyor: Utilize an electric motor-driven screw conveyor to transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder, ensuring convenient and rapid feeding.
3. Twin-Screw Extruder: Produce hollow snacks in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment through the extrusion of the screws.
4. Core Filler: Inject fillings such as peanut butter, cream, chocolate sauce, salad dressing, etc., into the hollow snacks.
5.Multi-Functional Shaping Machine: After filling, the snacks are conveyed to the multi-functional shaping machine. The machine cuts and shapes the filled snacks to ensure an appealing final product.
6. Drying Oven: Typically an electric oven with a stainless steel double-layer mesh, reducing the moisture content of the filled snacks and extending shelf life.
7. Seasoning Line: Apply seasoning, additives, food coloring, etc., to the surface of the filled snacks. The seasoning line may include octagonal tubes, round tubes, lifting single roller tubes, and double roller seasoning lines, configured based on capacity and product characteristics.
8. Packaging: The finished snacks are sent to the packaging line for wrapping, labeling, and preparation for shipment to the market.
