This spiral quick freezer consists of a flexible conveyor belt, drum, fan, air curtain, transmission, speed control, flushing, safety, refrigeration and other devices. The flexible conveyor belt (chain) forms a spiral circulation loop. When the drum rotates, the friction between the plates installed on the drum and the chain causes the chain wrapped around the drum to move. The material is fed in through the entrance, placed on the flexible conveyor belt, and moves upward in a spiral motion around the drum.
